The 6 Early Signs of Dementia

So do you have a loved one that you think may have early-onset dementia?
Well, today I want to give you the six symptoms that could be clues as to whether that's true or not.

Number 1: Personality Changes.
This is gonna really stand out to you because you're so used to your loved one operating like this, and all of a sudden now they're operating like that. Perhaps they're more moody or they're more snippy, they get aggravated a lot easier.
Number 2: Language Issues.
This is when they have trouble finding their words, or they repeat things a lot, or sometimes they mix up words. So the sentences become jumbled a little. Sometimes they can even just slur the words.
Number 3: Chronic Gut Issues.
All of a sudden in their later years they have Crohn's or ulcerative colitis or IBS. The gut starts to malfunction. And of course if you go to the medical monopoly system, you just end up going around in circles.
Number 4: Poor Organization.
All of a sudden your loved one is just a mess. Their room is a mess, their car is a mess, and everything is out of order, and you're not used to seeing that because typically they're at least somewhat organized, but now it's very revealing.
Number 5: Sensory Dysfunction.
That's right, your five senses can start going down. Your loved one may start slurring their words, or they have a lack of smell, or their hearing starts deteriorating.
Number 6: The Inability To Navigate.
They kind of lose their internal GPS. They don't know where they're going and it's very noticeable with things like going to their job or going to a family member's house or places that they go often. Maybe they even do end up getting there but there's a moment where they have to stop and be like, "Wait a second, how do I get there", and then it kicks back in in a few minutes but it will get worse over time. It's very scary stuff all right.

So what do you do about dementia?
Number 1: You Got To Get Off The Poor Four Foods.
That's gluten, that's oils, that's fried, that's fake. Okay, every human being should not be eating these four foods because they contribute to dis-ease. And they don't do it right away. It takes about 25 years. So if you've been eating this way since you were five, you're going to feel it when you're 30, right? But it doesn't take 25 years to see results from getting off the foods. It'll only take about a month actually. So if you don't believe me, just get rid of these four food groups for one month and you'll see.
Number 2: Get On The 90 Essential Nutrients.
Of course, these three supplements that add up to the 90 are in my membership. The ratios are already mixed, it's already formulated and it gives you these 90 and you have to import them. Your body doesn't make them.
Not to mention the soil in this era is all messed up. There's not a lot of minerals in the soil. So it's very difficult to get these 90 essential nutrients in your food.
Number 3: Get On Collagen.
I call this the 91st nutrient because it is a building block of soft tissue and hard tissue. And guess what? Your brain is soft tissue. So we want to nourish that brain for sure. Guess what else is soft tissue? Your intestines! And what happens when they become weak? The food that you're eating sneaks out into your blood. It sneaks out through the weak tissue. This is called leaky gut. Leaky gut is a major root cause of brain conditions because you have these undigested food proteins floating through your blood, which we call dirty blood and then your body tries to neutralize them with antibodies. This can go into the brain and break the brain-blood barrier, So we got to fix the soft tissue in the intestines.
Number 4: We Want More Cholesterol And More Fat.
Don't listen to the medical monopoly. They're just trying to get you on statin drugs and have you scared of fat. It's not true. Your ancestors all ate high cholesterol, high fat diets. This is what nourishes your soft tissue and that includes the brain. We're talking about beef, we're talking about butter, ghee, cheese, salmon, etc. You just don't burn it. As long as you don't overcook it, it is very healthy for you.
Number 5: Get Your Blood Sugar Under Control.
If you have sugar floating through your blood, it is going to create inflammation and that fire is going to cause all sorts of issues down the line. I always tell my people not to eat more than 300 grams of carbohydrates per day. However, if you have a legit blood sugar issue then you should be around 100 grams per day. I do have a blood sugar rescue inside of my membership that walks you through this protocol.
Number 6: Get More B-vitamins.
All the B vitamins nourish the brain. If you're deficient in some B vitamins then you have to increase your intake. So you have to get a blood test to make sure. Your medical monopoly doctors probably will not run those labs because they can get yelled at by the insurance companies. It's sad, but you may have to pay extra to get a whole nutritional profile to see what you're deficient in.
Number 7: Fix Your Stomach Acid.
If you have low stomach acid, you're in trouble. You're not going to be able to absorb all these nutrients. It is a big root cause of a lot of gut issues and your gut is very much connected to your brain. You can very simply take something like Celtic sea salt and put a pinch underneath your tongue four times per day. That alone is going to help your stomach acid.
And of course, you have to salt your food. All your food should be salted. Even fruit to a certain extent, you should have some high-quality salt to put on it. Salt helps create stomach acid.
Number 8: You Have To Fix Your Forward Head Posture.
If your neck is falling out onto your chest, that means that your lymphatic fluid cannot drain from your head properly. It's going to pool there. It's going to sit there. It's going to stagnate there. This can create so many issues above the shoulders.
Dizziness, ringing in the ears, chronic headaches, and of course, over time, dementia. You have to fix it through postural alignment therapy. It's the only way. It's a muscle dysfunction. The upper back muscles are weak and the chest muscles are tight and it's pulling your neck down.
