Acceptance of these Terms is recorded electronically upon account creation, checkout, purchase, enrollment, program access, event registration, platform access, participation in any offer feature, submission of information, or continued use of the website, app, or related services. Acceptance is a condition of access.

For purposes of these Terms, "Company," "we," "us," and "our" mean Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC and its representatives. "You" and "your" mean the person accessing the website, making a purchase, enrolling in a program, attending an event, using the app, or otherwise interacting with Company resources. Additional offer-specific terms may apply based on the offer accepted at checkout or registration.

Part 1 - General Website Terms & Conditions

2. Educational, Non-Medical Website Content

Dr. Kevin Reese is not a medical doctor. 3. No Guarantees or Results

Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC does not guarantee any specific health outcome, symptom improvement, diagnosis, cure, medical result, personal result, business result, financial result, transformation, certification result, event experience, or other outcome from viewing the website, using free resources, purchasing products, enrolling in any program, joining any community, attending any event, or using any Company platform.

Your results depend on many factors outside the Company's control, including your personal history, health status, consistency, decisions, participation, outside care, lifestyle, environment, technical access, family circumstances, and other individual variables.

4. Testimonials, Reviews, and Individual Experiences

Testimonials, case studies, comments, reviews, success stories, social media posts, and participant experiences shown on the website or in Company communications represent individual experiences. They are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Testimonials may be edited for length, clarity, grammar, formatting, or privacy, without changing the general meaning of the statement.

5. Products, Supplements, Labs, and Third-Party Recommendations

The website, app, programs, events, or communications may describe or recommend supplements, labs, products, tools, equipment, services, or third-party resources. Such information is educational only and should not be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of results.

Products, supplements, labs, tools, equipment, and third-party resources may require separate purchase, may be subject to separate terms, may be provided by third parties, and may not be appropriate for every person.

You are responsible for reviewing product labels, instructions, warnings, third-party terms, and professional guidance before using any product, supplement, lab, tool, equipment, or recommended resource.

6. User Submissions and Communications

If you submit forms, comments, messages, photos, videos, testimonials, questions, reviews, feedback, survey responses, child-related information, event materials, or other communications through the website, app, events, communities, or Company channels, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it.

You agree not to submit unlawful, false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, harassing, infringing, private, confidential, or harmful content.

The Company may use voluntary submissions for operational, educational, quality assurance, program improvement, support, documentation, and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law, these Terms, and the Company's Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property and Website Content

All website content, including text, videos, audio, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, page layouts, downloads, frameworks, program materials, sales pages, emails, event materials, app materials, community materials, and other resources, is owned by or licensed to Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may view the website and use materials provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, teach, train others using, upload, share, license, scrape, or create derivative works from Company content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Links, Platforms, and Technical Issues

The website and Company offers may link to or rely on third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, video hosts, email/SMS providers, analytics tools, scheduling tools, app platforms, social media platforms, Facebook, Meta, lab providers, supplement providers, product vendors, event venues, hotels, or other services.

Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, privacy practices, security, outages, interruptions, errors, fees, policies, actions, billing decisions, account restrictions, or content.

The website may occasionally contain errors, delays, broken links, outdated information, typographical mistakes, pricing mistakes, technical issues, or interruptions. The Company may correct, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website content, offers, pages, resources, or features at any time.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use the website, content, forms, systems, communities, events, platforms, or communications to:

  • Violate any law or regulation.

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, impersonate, misrepresent, or harm another person or the Company.

  • Interfere with, disrupt, hack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or compromise the website, systems, platforms, events, or security.

  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, harmful, unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized information.

  • Copy, steal, resell, republish, distribute, or exploit Company content, resources, intellectual property, program materials, event materials, or app materials.

  • Use Company content to train competing programs, build competing offers, or commercially exploit Company materials without written permission.

10. Communications Consent

By submitting your information, creating an account, making a purchase, enrolling in a program, registering for an event, opting in, or contacting the Company, you agree that Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC may contact you by email, phone, text message, direct message, mail, app notification, or other communication channels regarding your inquiry, account, purchase, program, event, support, educational resources, promotional offers, and related updates. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing communications as provided in the communication, but transactional, account, billing, legal, and service-related notices may still be sent.

11. Offer Terms, Pricing, and Availability

Specific pricing, payment terms, included features, bonuses, timelines, renewal terms, cancellation terms, eligibility requirements, family plan terms, Academy discount terms, event terms, child-directed program terms, and promotional details may vary by offer, landing page, checkout page, registration page, date, availability, program member status, participant status, or written agreement.

The specific offer accepted at checkout or registration controls your purchase, together with these Terms. The Company may correct pricing errors, update offers, limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue offers where permitted by law.

12. Age Requirement and Parent or Guardian Use

Except for resources intended to be purchased or used by a parent or legal guardian for a child, the website, content, products, programs, events, services, and platforms are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the website, submitting information, creating an account, purchasing, enrolling, registering, or participating in any program or event, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.

If a parent or legal guardian purchases or uses child-directed educational materials, including the Sunlight Sonny Homeschooling Program, the parent or legal guardian remains responsible for the child's participation, supervision, safety, privacy, and appropriate use of the materials.

13. No Emergency or Crisis Use

The website, content, forms, emails, text messages, direct messages, app communications, community features, coaches, staff, event staff, and other Company communications are not intended for emergencies, urgent medical situations, crisis support, or time-sensitive medical needs. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate care from a licensed healthcare provider.

14. Relationship to Offer-Specific Terms

These General Website Terms apply to all users. Additional terms apply to purchasers, program members, account holders, family plan participants, event attendees, group subscribers, parents or guardians, and participants in specific Company offers. If an offer-specific section conflicts with the General Website Terms, the offer-specific section controls only for that offer.

15. Accessibility

Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC aims to make its website and digital resources reasonably accessible. If you experience difficulty accessing content, resources, checkout pages, event pages, or program materials, contact the Company through the contact channels provided on the website, checkout materials, or official Company communications so the Company can review the issue.

Part 2 - Head-To-Toe Healing Program Terms

The following terms apply to purchasers, program members, family plan participants, account holders, and participants in the Head-To-Toe Healing Program, including the HTTH app and related program benefits.

1. Educational, Non-Medical Program

Dr. Kevin Reese is not a medical doctor, and the Head-To-Toe Healing coaches are not licensed medical professionals. The Head-To-Toe Healing Program is a non-medical, educational wellness program.

Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC and its representatives do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, medical services, physical therapy, psychotherapy, dietetics, or licensed healthcare services. All information, content, coaching, classes, assessments, app materials, community discussions, recommendations, plans, and resources provided through the Head-To-Toe Healing Program are for educational purposes only and are not intended to replace or substitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.

Participants are encouraged to consult with their physician or qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical questions, symptoms, conditions, medications, labs, supplements, exercise, nutrition changes, posture routines, or lifestyle decisions.

2. Current HTTH Program Offer and Pricing

Unless a different written offer is accepted at checkout, the current Head-To-Toe Healing Program offer includes a one-time enrollment fee and an ongoing program access plan.

One-Time Enrollment Fee: $2,750. This is a non-refundable enrollment fee for the HTTH Program unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing by the Company.

Monthly Program Access: $150 per month. This is recurring monthly access after enrollment and auto-renews unless canceled according to these Terms and the accepted offer.

Annual Program Access: $1,200 per year. This is recurring annual access after enrollment and reflects a $600 savings compared to twelve monthly payments at $150 per month.

Family Plan: $1,375. When offered in writing, family plan enrollment is $1,375 and is subject to eligibility, non-transferability, and the accepted offer terms.

The specific offer accepted at checkout controls your purchase, together with these Terms. Pricing, payment terms, renewal terms, cancellation terms, family plan eligibility, promotional pricing, bonuses, discounts, and included features may vary by offer, date, availability, program member status, or written agreement.

Enrollment fees, family plan fees, and ongoing access fees are separate unless the accepted offer expressly states otherwise. The family plan is not transferable, may be limited to eligible family or household program members, and may require an active primary program or other eligibility conditions stated in the accepted offer.

3. Program Access and Program Delivery

The Head-To-Toe Healing Program is delivered through a combination of digital access, educational content, live and recorded sessions, app/platform access, community access, coach-supported education, planning tools, program member resources, and related program benefits. Delivery begins when program access is granted.

Depending on the offer accepted, availability, program member eligibility, program member participation, scheduling, and operational needs, the Program may include:

  • Pre-recorded educational video and audio content from Dr. Reese.

  • Live educational classes, meetings, coaching hours, community events, and other program member sessions hosted through third-party platforms, including Zoom.

  • Access to the Head-To-Toe Healing app or other program platform.

  • Private community features, posts, discussions, and direct messaging features where available.

  • Postural Alignment Therapy education, routines, and personalized PAT plans delivered through the app where available.

  • Coach-supported educational guidance and program member support.

  • Program Member Charts, progress tracking, or other internal support tools.

  • Recommended resources, labs, products, supplements, nutrients, wellness tools, or lifestyle resources.

  • Other educational resources, promotions, events, discounts, or program benefits made available by the Company.

Features may be added, removed, replaced, renamed, updated, rescheduled, modified, or delivered through different platforms as the Program evolves, provided the overall educational nature of the Program remains substantially similar.

4. Program Features

The Program may include the following program features or substantially similar replacements:

  • Head-To-Toe Healing Analysis: an educational assessment designed to review posture, alignment, wellness indicators, lifestyle factors, and other information to help guide a program member action plan. The HTTH Analysis is not a medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment plan.

  • Head-To-Toe Healing App: access to an app or platform that may contain educational content, community access, live and recorded classes, wellness resources, progress tracking, app-based PAT plans, program member communications, and ongoing support resources.

  • Worldwide Private Community: access to a private program member community for educational discussion, encouragement, posts, videos, conversations, and program member interaction.

  • Postural Alignment Therapy Classes: access to live and/or recorded PAT sessions, routines, or educational movement classes designed to support posture and alignment education.

  • Weekly Happy Hour or Community Event: optional community gatherings such as games, discussions, trivia, social activities, or other non-medical program member connection events, generally offered one time per week when scheduled and available.

  • Personalized HTTH Essential Nutrients Plans: educational nutrient, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations based on information submitted by the program member and the Head-To-Toe Healing system. These plans are not medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Personalized PAT Plans Through the App: educational posture, alignment, movement, and routine recommendations delivered through the app or other Company platform when available. These plans are not physical therapy or medical treatment.

  • Recommended Lab Work: access to recommended lab information or testing options intended to support education and informed wellness decisions. Labs may involve third-party providers, separate costs, eligibility requirements, and independent terms.

  • Recommended Products: access to Dr. Reese or Company-recommended products, tools, kitchenware, exercise equipment, filtration systems, supplements, or other resources. Recommended products may be sold by third parties and may require separate purchase.

  • Educational Library: access to categorized long-form educational videos, trainings, and resources on wellness-related topics.

  • Coaching Hours: access to live group coaching hours or educational support sessions where program members may ask questions and receive general educational guidance.

  • Personal Head-To-Toe Healer: assignment to a certified Head-To-Toe Healing coach or similar support person trained in the HTTH system. Private meetings may be made available every three months when included in the active program offer, when the program member remains eligible, and when scheduled by the program member.

  • Program Member Charts: a private support and progress-tracking tool maintained by the Company or coach, which may include notes, goals, routines, recommendations, milestones, or other educational support information. Program Member Charts are not medical records.

  • Live Monthly Program Meeting with Dr. Reese: access to live or recorded program-only meetings with Dr. Reese when scheduled and available.

  • Dinner with Dr. Reese at the Annual Meet n Greet: access to a dinner or similar in-person experience with Dr. Reese at the annual Meet n Greet when included in the active offer, when scheduled and available, and subject to event capacity, location, attendance requirements, and separate event terms. Travel, lodging, transportation, meals outside the stated dinner, and other expenses are not included unless expressly stated in the accepted offer.

  • HTTH Academy Enrollment Discount: program members may be eligible for 22% off enrollment into the Head-To-Toe Healing Academy when the Academy is available and when the discount is included in the accepted offer. The Academy discount applies only to Academy enrollment and may be calculated after subtracting the HTTH Program one-time enrollment fee only when expressly stated in the accepted Academy offer. Academy availability, pricing, admission requirements, certification requirements, and separate Academy terms control.

These features describe the general program experience and are not guarantees of specific outcomes, cures, symptom relief, medical improvement, personal transformation, certification, event attendance, or uninterrupted access to any single class, session, coach, platform, product, schedule, or event.

5. Program Member Participation and Use of Benefits

The Program requires active participation by the program member. You are responsible for logging into the platform, attending or watching available sessions, completing onboarding steps, scheduling available private meetings when applicable, communicating with your coach, reviewing available resources, and using the benefits provided.

Failure to use the Program, attend live sessions, watch recordings, schedule available support, complete onboarding, submit requested information, participate in the community, purchase recommended items, complete labs, or follow educational recommendations does not mean the Program was not delivered and does not create a right to a refund or chargeback.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Services

The Program may use third-party platforms and providers, including Zoom, app/community platforms, video hosting, payment processors, lab providers, supplement providers, email/SMS tools, analytics tools, and other vendors.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC does not control third-party platforms or providers.

  • Third-party platforms may experience outages, delays, technical errors, account issues, privacy changes, or access interruptions.

  • Your use of third-party platforms may be subject to the third party's own terms, privacy policy, fees, and technical requirements.

  • Participation in third-party platforms is at your own risk.

Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC is not responsible for third-party platform outages, interruptions, data handling practices, account restrictions, technical failures, security practices, policy changes, or service limitations.

7. No Individualized Medical Services

Live classes, Q&A, coaching hours, private coach sessions, HTTH Analysis, Program Member Charts, community discussions, app content, and all related materials are educational and wellness-oriented. They are not individualized medical analysis, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, psychotherapy, dietetics, or licensed healthcare services.

Participation does not create a physician-patient, therapist-patient, dietitian-client, counselor-client, fiduciary, or licensed professional services relationship.

8. Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

Participation is voluntary.

You accept full responsibility for your actions, decisions, exercise, movement, posture work, nutrition choices, supplement choices, lab choices, product purchases, lifestyle changes, and use or non-use of educational information.

Lifestyle, nutrition, posture, movement, supplement, and wellness changes may cause temporary discomfort or reactions, including soreness, fatigue, headaches, digestive changes, emotional discomfort, or other experiences. You are responsible for stopping any activity that feels unsafe and consulting a qualified professional when appropriate.

Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC is not liable for outcomes except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct where such limitation is not prohibited by law.

9. Live Classes, Recordings, and Participation

Live classes, coaching hours, group sessions, community events, and program meetings may be recorded, viewed by other participants, and used for educational, operational, quality assurance, program improvement, internal training, documentation, or marketing purposes.

By participating, you consent to:

  • Being visible and/or audible during live sessions if you choose to participate.

  • Recordings being made.

  • Your participation being included in educational or program-related materials.

  • Your chat messages, comments, questions, voice, name, image, or likeness being captured if you choose to participate.

You may choose not to attend live sessions, keep your camera off where the platform permits, mute yourself, or avoid active participation.

10. Community Rules and Confidentiality

Participants may not record, screenshot, download, distribute, repost, publish, sell, share, or otherwise disclose:

  • Live class content.

  • Recordings.

  • App content or educational materials.

  • Private community communications.

  • Program member names, images, stories, posts, questions, comments, or private information.

  • Coach communications, Program Member Chart information, or internal program materials.

Participants must not harass, abuse, threaten, disrupt, solicit, spam, impersonate, misrepresent, or interfere with the Program, Company staff, coaches, Dr. Reese, or other program members. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

11. Media and Voluntary Submissions

Any photos, videos, messages, testimonials, comments, posts, progress updates, questions, survey responses, or other materials you voluntarily submit to the Company, coaches, app, community, or live sessions may be used for educational purposes, program improvement, quality assurance, internal training, case studies, or marketing, subject to applicable law.

When used publicly, the Company generally limits identification to first name and last initial unless you provide additional permission. Testimonials are never required as a condition of Program access.

12. Payments, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

You agree to pay all fees associated with the offer accepted at checkout. You authorize Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the initial purchase, enrollment fee, family plan fee, payment plan payments, renewal payments, and other authorized purchases.

Enrollment fees cover enrollment into the Program as stated in the offer accepted at checkout.

Ongoing program access may auto-renew unless canceled according to the applicable cancellation terms.

Unless a different written cancellation term applies, cancellation requires 30 days written notice before the next renewal charge.

You authorize recurring charges where applicable.

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods.

Failed payments, charge declines, expired cards, disputed payments, or payment plan defaults may result in suspension or termination of access.

13. Third-Party Payment Plans

If you choose to use a third-party payment plan provider, such as Klarna or a similar service, you acknowledge that:

  • Your payment agreement is between you and the payment provider, not Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC.

  • We receive the full payment for your program purchase at the time of purchase, minus applicable processing fees.

  • Any payment schedule, late fees, interest, approval, denial, credit decision, or collection terms are governed solely by the payment provider.

  • Our refund, cancellation, access, and termination policies apply regardless of the payment method used.

  • Third-party payment plan fees, interest, late fees, financing costs, and payment provider charges are non-refundable, even if an exception is made.

14. No Refunds

All sales are final.

No refunds are issued once access is granted, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by the Company.

Because the Program includes immediate access to digital content, app/platform access, community access, onboarding resources, educational materials, coach support systems, live and recorded sessions, Program Member Charts, and other program benefits, you acknowledge that access constitutes delivery of valuable digital and service-based benefits.

Failure to use the Program, attend sessions, schedule coaching, complete onboarding, log into the app, participate in the community, purchase supplements or recommended products, complete labs, implement recommendations, or achieve desired outcomes does not create a right to a refund.

15. Chargebacks

You agree to contact Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC directly and make a good-faith attempt to resolve any billing issue, access issue, delivery concern, misunderstanding, duplicate charge, payment dispute, cancellation issue, or dissatisfaction before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or similar action with your bank, card issuer, payment provider, financing provider, or third-party payment plan provider.

You acknowledge that the Program is delivered through digital access, app/platform access, educational content, live and recorded sessions, community access, coaching opportunities, onboarding resources, Program Member Charts, educational support, and other benefits described in these Terms. A program member choosing not to use available benefits, missing scheduled sessions, failing to schedule available support, failing to complete onboarding, disagreeing with the educational approach, or not achieving desired results does not mean the Program was not delivered.

If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting resolution, or if a chargeback is inconsistent with these Terms, Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC may suspend access, terminate Program access, submit these Terms and delivery records as evidence, and pursue collection of unpaid amounts, fees, costs, and other remedies allowed by law.

16. Intellectual Property

All Program content, app materials, videos, audio, recordings, routines, charts, written materials, frameworks, educational resources, graphics, community materials, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, teach, train others using, upload, share, license, or create derivative works from Program materials without written permission.

17. Termination

Program access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, failed payments, chargebacks, harassment, abuse, disruption, confidentiality violations, community rule violations, unauthorized sharing, misuse of content, fraud, platform abuse, or conduct that Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC reasonably determines harms the Company, Dr. Reese, staff, coaches, program members, participants, attendees, or the community.

No refunds are issued upon termination for cause.

18. Cancellation Method

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the required cancellation method provided in the account, checkout materials, official Company communications, or by contacting the Company at the official support or cancellation channel provided by the Company. Cancellation is not complete until the request is received by the Company through the required method. You are responsible for keeping proof of any cancellation request. Cancellation does not create a refund unless expressly required by law or agreed in writing by the Company.

Part 3 - Red Book Revolution Group Terms

The following terms apply to the Red Book Revolution Group and any related paid Facebook subscriber group, community, content, meetings, livestreams, posts, resources, or communications offered by the Company.

1. Educational Group Only

The Red Book Revolution Group is an educational community designed to introduce and discuss Head-To-Toe Healing concepts, the Medical Monopoly, educational resources, group meetings, classes, livestreams, and community conversation. It is not medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, psychotherapy, dietetics, or licensed healthcare service.

2. Facebook and Meta Platform Dependency

The Red Book Revolution Group may be hosted on Facebook or other Meta platforms. Access depends on Facebook account status, Meta policies, platform availability, payment processing, subscription settings, and technical functionality controlled by Meta or other third-party platforms.

Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC is not responsible for Facebook or Meta outages, account restrictions, billing errors, payment issues, subscription cancellation issues, demonetization, policy changes, platform removals, or other platform limitations outside the Company's control.

3. Billing, Cancellation, and Access

If Red Book Revolution Group access is purchased through Facebook or another third-party platform, billing, renewal, cancellation, payment method updates, receipts, and subscription management may be controlled by that platform and subject to that platform's terms.

The Company may also offer direct purchase options, promotional access, bonuses, or bundled access through its own checkout pages. The accepted offer controls pricing, included features, renewal terms, cancellation method, and access rights.

4. Group Features and Availability

Group features may include educational posts, premium content, livestreams, community discussions, private group participation, educational meetings, cooking or recipe content, posture or movement education, Q&A, downloads, or other resources. Features may be added, removed, renamed, rescheduled, replaced, or delivered through different platforms at any time.

No specific meeting, livestream, post, speaker, resource, replay, response, or schedule is guaranteed unless expressly stated in the accepted offer.

5. Community Conduct and Content Use

Group participants must not harass, abuse, threaten, spam, solicit, impersonate, misrepresent, record, screenshot, repost, distribute, sell, publish, or share private group content, participant information, Company content, or internal communications without written permission.

Violation of group rules may result in removal, suspension, or termination without refund.

6. Refunds

Unless a different refund policy is stated in the accepted offer or required by law, Red Book Revolution Group sales and recurring payments are final once access is granted. Failure to use the group, attend meetings, view content, participate, or achieve desired results does not create a right to a refund.

Part 4 - Red Book Revolution Summit Event Terms

The following terms apply to the Annual Red Book Revolution Summit, annual Meet n Greet, dinners, book signings, live presentations, private event sessions, or other in-person or virtual Company events unless a separate event agreement applies.

1. Event Admission and Eligibility

Event admission may be limited to Red Book Revolution Group subscribers, Head-To-Toe Healing Program participants, Head-To-Toe Healing Academy participants when the Academy is available, ticket holders, invited guests, or other eligible participants stated in the accepted event offer.

The Company may require registration, confirmation, identity verification, waiver acceptance, age verification, program status verification, payment confirmation, or other eligibility steps before granting event access.

2. Event Pricing, Tickets, and Transfers

Event pricing, included benefits, ticket tiers, guest access, transfer rights, refund windows, deadlines, and attendance requirements are controlled by the accepted event offer or registration page.

Event tickets, passes, and included benefits are not transferable unless the Company agrees in writing. The Company may refuse or cancel registrations where allowed by law, including for fraud, abuse, nonpayment, capacity limits, safety concerns, or violation of these Terms.

3. Travel, Lodging, Meals, and Personal Expenses

Unless expressly stated in the accepted event offer, travel, lodging, transportation, parking, meals, incidentals, companion expenses, lost wages, childcare, and other personal costs are not included and remain your responsibility.

The Company is not responsible for travel disruptions, airline changes, hotel issues, transportation delays, weather, illness, or other expenses incurred in connection with event attendance.

4. Schedule, Speakers, Location, and Format Changes

Event schedules, locations, venues, speakers, sessions, meals, book signings, meet-and-greet opportunities, presentation times, and formats may change due to operational needs, venue requirements, weather, health and safety concerns, attendance levels, speaker availability, or other circumstances.

The Company may reschedule, relocate, substitute speakers, modify the agenda, change the format, convert an event to virtual delivery, or make other reasonable changes without creating a refund right unless required by law or expressly stated in the event offer.

5. Book Signing, Personal Meeting, and Dinner Availability

Book signing, personal meet-and-greet, question opportunities, dinner with Dr. Reese, photos, or similar experiences are subject to schedule, capacity, event rules, time limits, health and safety needs, and availability. No specific amount of personal time with Dr. Reese or any speaker is guaranteed unless expressly stated in the accepted event offer.

6. Event Recordings, Photos, and Media Release

Events may be photographed, livestreamed, filmed, recorded, broadcast, or otherwise documented by the Company, its vendors, media team, or other authorized representatives. By attending, you consent to your name, image, likeness, voice, comments, questions, and participation being captured and used for educational, operational, documentary, promotional, internal, quality assurance, or marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.

You may not record, livestream, photograph restricted materials, publish private conversations, or distribute event content without written permission.

7. Event Conduct and Removal

Attendees must behave respectfully and follow event rules, venue rules, staff instructions, safety protocols, and applicable laws. The Company may remove or deny access to any attendee for harassment, disruption, intoxication, threats, unauthorized recording, solicitation, unsafe behavior, policy violations, or conduct that harms the Company, Dr. Reese, staff, vendors, speakers, program members, participants, or other attendees.

Removal for cause does not create a refund right.

8. Event Health, Safety, and No Medical Advice

Event content is educational only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, psychotherapy, dietetics, or licensed healthcare service. You are responsible for your own health, safety, travel decisions, food choices, movement participation, and personal needs at the event.

9. Cancellation, Postponement, or Force Majeure

If an event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, relocated, modified, or made unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including venue issues, weather, emergencies, illness, travel disruptions, government actions, platform failures, security incidents, labor issues, or other force majeure events, the Company may provide a substitute date, credit, virtual access, modified event experience, or other remedy determined by the Company, subject to applicable law and the accepted event offer.

Part 5 - Sunlight Sonny Homeschooling Program Terms

The following terms apply to the Sunlight Sonny Homeschooling Program, including any books, lessons, downloads, videos, activities, parent guides, digital access, community resources, or related materials designed for use by parents or legal guardians with young children.

1. Parent or Legal Guardian Responsibility

The Sunlight Sonny Homeschooling Program is intended to be purchased, accessed, and used by a parent or legal guardian. Children should use the materials only under parent or legal guardian supervision.

By purchasing or using the Sunlight Sonny Homeschooling Program, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child using the materials or that you have the legal authority and consent required to purchase and use the materials for the child.

2. Educational Support Only

The Sunlight Sonny Homeschooling Program provides educational books, lessons, activities, and practical learning resources. It is not a licensed school, daycare, childcare service, tutoring service, therapy service, medical service, psychological service, behavioral treatment, special education plan, or substitute for required schooling obligations under applicable law.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for determining whether the materials are appropriate for the child and for complying with any applicable homeschooling, school attendance, childcare, supervision, safety, and education laws.

3. No Child Development, Health, or Educational Guarantees

The Company does not guarantee any specific educational outcome, developmental milestone, behavior change, health result, academic result, school readiness result, or child performance outcome. Results vary based on child age, development, environment, parent involvement, consistency, outside support, and other factors.

4. Adult Supervision and Activity Safety

Activities may involve movement, food-related lessons, household items, crafts, reading, writing, games, outdoor activities, or other practical exercises. A parent or legal guardian must supervise the child, review materials before use, assess safety, select age-appropriate activities, and stop any activity that seems unsafe or inappropriate.

The Company is not responsible for injuries, reactions, misuse, accidents, choking hazards, allergies, property damage, or other issues arising from unsupervised or inappropriate use of the materials.

5. Child Information, Privacy, and Submissions

Parents and legal guardians should not submit a child's personal information, photos, videos, full name, school information, health information, address, or other private information unless the Company specifically requests it through an appropriate parent-facing process and the parent or legal guardian consents.

If a parent or legal guardian voluntarily submits child-related information, the parent or legal guardian represents that they have the right to submit it and consents to the Company using it for support, account administration, educational delivery, quality assurance, program improvement, documentation, and other purposes described in these Terms and the Company's Privacy Policy.

The Company may require additional parent or legal guardian consent, identity verification, or privacy disclosures before collecting, using, or disclosing child-related personal information where required by law.

6. Child Media and Testimonials

The Company will not require a child testimonial, photo, video, or public submission as a condition of access. Any public use of child-related media, testimonials, images, videos, names, or stories requires appropriate parent or legal guardian consent and is subject to applicable law.

7. Payments, Refunds, and Access

Pricing, payment terms, renewal terms, access period, cancellation method, and refund policy for the Sunlight Sonny Homeschooling Program are controlled by the accepted offer. Unless a different refund policy is stated in the accepted offer or required by law, sales are final once digital access, downloads, or materials are delivered.

8. Intellectual Property and Parent Use License

Sunlight Sonny Homeschooling Program materials are owned by or licensed to Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC and are provided for personal family use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, upload, publish, sell, license, teach commercially, train others using, or create derivative works from the materials without written permission.

Part 6 - Head-To-Toe Healing Academy Future Terms and Discount Terms

The Head-To-Toe Healing Academy may be offered as a separate training, course, or certification program. The Academy is separate from the Head-To-Toe Healing Program unless the accepted offer expressly states otherwise.

1. Separate Academy Terms Required

Before enrolling in the Head-To-Toe Healing Academy, students may be required to accept separate Academy terms covering coursework, certification requirements, student conduct, intellectual property, use of Company names or methods, scope of practice, refund policy, and other Academy-specific rules.

Until the Academy is launched and separate Academy terms are accepted, references to the Academy in these Terms are informational only and do not guarantee Academy availability, admission, pricing, certification, curriculum, launch date, or student results.

2. Academy Discount for HTTH Program Participants

When included in the accepted HTTH Program offer, eligible program members may receive 22% off enrollment into the Head-To-Toe Healing Academy when the Academy is available and when the program member satisfies any eligibility requirements stated in the accepted offer.

The Academy discount applies only to Academy enrollment and does not include unrelated products, events, travel, lodging, materials, certification fees, renewal fees, or third-party expenses unless expressly stated in the accepted Academy offer.

If the accepted Academy offer states that the HTTH Program one-time enrollment fee is subtracted from Academy enrollment pricing, that calculation will be controlled by the accepted Academy offer. No discount, credit, offset, or refund is guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing by the Company.

3. No Certification, Business, or Income Guarantee

The Company does not guarantee that any person will be admitted into the Academy, complete the Academy, pass certification requirements, become certified, receive clients, earn income, build a business, or obtain any professional, financial, personal, or health-related outcome.

4. No Right to Teach, Certify, or Represent the Company

Participation in the Head-To-Toe Healing Program, Red Book Revolution Group, Summit, website, or other Company offer does not grant the right to teach the Head-To-Toe Healing method, represent the Company, use Company marks, call yourself certified, train others commercially, or offer services using Company materials unless the Company gives written permission and all applicable Academy or certification requirements are satisfied.

Part 7 - Additional Legal Terms Applicable to All Offers

1. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates may be posted on the website, in the app, during checkout, by email, through event registration materials, or through other reasonable notice. Continued use of the website, app, Program, event, group, materials, or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Records of Access and Delivery

The Company may maintain records of account creation, checkout acceptance, payment activity, platform access, login activity, email delivery, SMS delivery, app access, coach assignment, community access, session availability, event registration, event attendance, support communications, cancellation requests, and other records related to access, delivery, billing, support, and dispute resolution.

3. Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, rescheduling, limited availability, or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, internet failures, platform outages, payment processor outages, labor disruptions, illness, emergencies, government actions, supply-chain issues, vendor failures, venue failures, security incidents, or other events outside the Company's reasonable control.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC is not liable for damages, losses, claims, costs, injuries, decisions, outcomes, technical issues, platform issues, event issues, travel issues, third-party conduct, or other consequences arising from or related to your use of the website, reliance on content, program participation, group participation, event attendance, product purchases, child-directed materials, supplement decisions, lab decisions, community participation, or interaction with third-party links or platforms.

You agree that your use of Company resources and reliance on any information provided through the website, app, Program, group, event, or related communications is voluntary and at your own risk.

5. Arbitration and Governing Law

Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Connecticut under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You and Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC agree to resolve disputes individually and not as a class, consolidated, representative, or collective action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Each party bears its own legal fees and costs unless an arbitrator determines otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

6. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. No Waiver

The Company's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

8. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, sell, share, or delegate your account, program access, event access, group access, rights, or obligations without written permission from the Company. The Company may assign or transfer these Terms, accounts, records, rights, or obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, change of control, vendor transition, or transfer of business operations.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the specific offer accepted at checkout or registration, constitute the entire agreement between you and Seven Thirty Enterprises LLC regarding your use of the website, purchase, account, Program, group, event, child-directed materials, and related services, unless a separate written agreement signed by the Company applies.

10. Acceptance

By accessing the website, creating an account, completing checkout, enrolling in a program, registering for an event, participating in live classes, using the app, joining a community, communicating with coaches, submitting information, purchasing materials, or continuing to use any Company service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
