Plantar Fasciitis Gone, Knee Pain Gone
DR. REESE: So your knee pain is gone?
DENISE: Knee pain is gone.
DR. REESE: How long were you suffering from knee pain?
DENISE: The knee pain has been on and off. I was told that it was arthritic and they were talking about doing surgery. That was back in 2012. everything that I've been doing in the 120 has helped so that I don't feel it. I don't feel the knee pain anymore. And of course not aggravating it by wearing heels and I've been doing what you said, walking around the house barefoot.
I thought that my plantar fasciitis would come back, but it didn't. I've been just fine.
DR. REESE: So not only is your knee pain gone, but your plantar fasciitis is gone.
DENISE: Well, that was gone, but I thought it was because of the orthopedic devices that I was using in my shoes and orthopedic-type shoes. But since I dismissed them and I started walking without those devices, I thought that I was going to aggravate that, but I just took the step and kept on walking around in the house, in this house, and in the other house back in Indiana, and it has not come back, period.
DR. REESE: Okay. We'll chalk that up to a big victory then.
DENISE: Well, it's a victory for me. I don't know how you all look at it, but it's a victory for me.
DR. REESE: Yeah, no, it's a victory for us, too. And getting your husband on board is probably the biggest one of all, because men are stubborn.
DENISE: You don't have to tell me that!
DENISE: Ever since my posture alignment therapy, you know, I've been doing a lot better with my endurance. I get out on the track, there's a park called Long Mountain Park, by the mountains, and I was able to climb up some of the foothills at the mountain range without having a problem with my knees. I remember when I used to go back to New York to visit my sister, she has a second floor, that's where she stays. But if I wanted to do the laundry, I gotta go all the way down to the basement.
DR. REESE: Right.
DENISE: And, you know, it's always been a pain in the neck climbing up the stairs, going back down the stairs with a load and having to fold it and then going back up. So, yeah, it's a big, big improvement with my endurance and tolerating. You know she had two knee surgeries. I didn't want to have to go through that and I could feel the pains in my knees just like she had when the doctor told her she had to get hers. But that was 10 years ago for her. So thank God for you with your YouTube because I stumbled on that.
So all of this is working and I really have to emphasize that we need to stick to it. You made a change in your lifestyle. Don't rush it. Just be along for the ride.

- Denise J.
Denise had been dealing with chronic pain from plantar fasciitis, hip sciatica, and knee pain. But after completing 120 days in the program, her health has transformed.
"Since I completed the 120, I had an 11 for my original symptom score, and now I'm down to 5. A lot of that is from the chronic pain that I had. I knew it was going to be lower because of that, and nothing else has gone back up."
Her struggles with plantar fasciitis, hip sciatica, and knee pain are now behind her.
"The plantar fasciitis, the hip sciatica on my left hip, and the knee pain I had—it's all gone. I am so pleased to see that, and some of the other things I had have not come back."
Dr. Reese acknowledged her progress.
Dr. Reese: "What was your symptom score when you originally got that analysis?"
"11. It was 11 out of 60, and now I’m down to 5."
Dr. Reese: "You're pretty darn healthy. If you're at 5 or under, you're pretty darn healthy."
"Yeah, but you know, I want to keep at it."
Dr. Reese reinforced the importance of continuous healing.
Dr. Reese: "Like I always say, this head-to-toe healing thing—it's a verb."
"Yes, yes."
