The 3 Reasons That Make ALL Oils Bad
Did you know that consuming oils is harmful to your body? And yes, that even includes olive oil or avocado oil. It doesn't matter.
Today, I want to give you the three reasons why. And stick around for the end because I have your solution.
Reason Number 1: Oxidation
Please do understand that when you're dealing with oil, we're talking about fat juice and it is a scientific fact that fat and oxygen do not get along for more than 10 to 15 minutes. Okay? If you want proof of that, simply open an avocado and let it sit on your counter. When it turns brown, that is a representation of the oils in the fruit oxidizing and turning rancid. You wouldn't eat it.
So once fat is exposed, the air starts to make it rancid. And it's no different with oils of any kind. It doesn't matter what kind of oil.
Oil is oil is oil.
So if you take something whole and healthy, such as olive, and you press it to get the fat juice, it's only gonna take 10 to 15 minutes to become rancid and oxidized. If you cut open an avocado, you clearly see the brown and black spots but with oil you don't so there's an illusion and then they throw it in a bottle that's dark and it sits there and oxidizes for a very long time. You don't even know how long it's been exposed to the air by the time you put it on your salad.
Not to mention at the top of the bottle, there's a pocket of air near the top of the bottle. So it's bathing in the air the whole time. And what this does is it creates free radicals.
Free radicals go into your body and they create damage to the cells. This is called free radical damage and it is a major root cause of cardiovascular disease, age spots, and the dreaded C monster.
Reason Number 2: Most oils are high in omega-6 fatty acids.
Now this is mostly a seed oils thing, but when you have a ratio that's out of balance, omega-3 to omega-6, it's going to create inflammation. This is why so many health gurus out here are now telling you to get off of seed oils. And I agree with that, except I'm saying get off of all oils because of the oxidation.
The omega-6 fatty acid thing causing inflammation doesn't even need to be necessary if you understand oxidation.
Number 3: The oil could be fake.
There are a lot of companies that promote olive oil, but they're not really olive oil. It also contains palm oil, canola oil, and other vegetable oils.
Why would they do that? Because olives are more expensive and they're trying to bring their margin down to make more money. You see, oils are big business and there's a lot of companies involved and there's a lot of, hmm, let's say, organized crime involved in olive oil as well.
So they will put palm or canola or other vegetable oils in there which could be GMOed (genetically modified). So it makes it even worse. Not only are you getting the oxidation, but now you're getting genetically modified organisms.

Okay, onto the solution.
The better choice is going to be butter ghee tallow or lard.
Yes, I know your ears are like what are you talking about? That's because your medical monopoly was told to tell you a lie.
You see, heart disease became the leading cause of death in the 1920s. in 1911 when Crisco came out. Then eventually President Eisenhower had a heart attack and that scared America. Then the American Medical Association cut a deal with Crisco, which is Procter & Gamble, through a gentleman named Ansel Keys. And they went on a campaign to tell the world that oils were better than animal fat. But truly I tell you, your ancestors always ate animal fat.
Furthermore, carnivores out in the wild eat animal fat. And I don't see any dead mountain lions or coyotes lying on the road from a heart attack. Human beings have always thrived off of fat. Real fat from animals. The problem with it is if you overcook it. If you overcook fat, then you're going to oxidize it. Just like we were talking about with the oils.
So that's the key. Anytime you see black or brown, you know it's bad news. You can cook with butter, ghee, tallow, or lard, but just don't overcook it. I always tell my people, that as soon as you hear sizzling, your health is a-fizzling.
Me personally, I'd rather put butter or ghee on my food after the food is cooked so it's pretty much in its raw form. But the big point here is to stay away from oils. All oils. That's very significant because oil is oil is oil.
It's all the same. It's fat juice being exposed to the air for a long period of time. If you could consume it in 10 minutes after pressing it, that's a different story. But who's doing that?
