Man Credits Dr. Reese for His Good Health After Brain Tumor

"About three years ago, I had a brain tumor the size of a golf ball inside the pituitary region. It was blocking my peripheral vision, and I was losing my sight. If it had continued that way, the tumor would have breached the blood-brain barrier, torn my retina, and left me blind. A host of other complications would have followed. At that time in my life, I was shocked and faced with one of my greatest fears: the prospect of undergoing life-changing brain surgery.

During this challenging period, I began to explore holistic healing approaches, which included a fruit fast. I did a watermelon fast for nearly three months, eating nothing else. While I lost a lot of weight, I also experienced significant healing and prepared my body for the best possible recovery from surgery. The surgeons performed an endoscopic procedure through my nose and into the sphenoid sinus to remove the tumor. Now, three years later, I am completely healed, and it feels as though it never even happened.

I feel incredibly blessed that everything turned out the way it did. This journey changed how I view food and nutrition. Fruit has since become a substantial part of my diet.

After the surgery, I faced a long and challenging recovery. I had lost a significant amount of weight and strength. The drugs, steroids, MRIs, and the surgery itself left me physically depleted. I needed a cane to walk due to poor balance, and I couldn't imagine running or doing any major physical activities. I began physical therapy, stayed committed to a fruit-based diet, and gradually transitioned from eating heavier foods. Through diet, yoga, stretching, and meditation, I began regaining my physical strength and abilities.

For years, I suffered from severe back pain caused by remodeling and flipping homes. I wore a back brace from the moment I woke up until I went to sleep. However, the combination of my surgery, diet, physical therapy, and holistic practices alleviated my back issues. But even with all the progress I made, I eventually reached a plateau. My physical abilities and overall health stagnated, leaving me wondering what I was doing wrong.

Around that time, Dr. Reese introduced his new book, Peace Over Pain. Initially, I was unsure whether it would cover new ground or simply revisit concepts I already knew. To my surprise, the book was a revelation. It shed light on the importance of physical balance and the interconnectedness of our muscular and skeletal structures. I realized that limitations in my physical abilities were due to imbalances in my posture and muscular alignment. This insight was transformative.

Dr. Reese’s book made me realize how vital this work is—it’s probably more than half the solution for optimal health. Aligning the body not only improves mobility, reduces pain, and builds strength, but it also unlocks energy and vitality. It has given me emotional energy to overcome hurdles I once thought insurmountable.

With better alignment, I’ve started to stretch more effectively, take yoga more seriously, and meditate without the burden of pain. This, combined with my diet, has allowed me to finally break through those barriers.

I cannot say enough about the holistic approach Dr. Reese has developed. From his guidance on de-stressing to the inner peace fostered through his Dr. Reese podcast and the insights in Peace Over Pain, he offers a comprehensive formula for healing. His work connects physical, spiritual, and holistic aspects of health in a way that is both practical and deeply personal.

Dr. Reese, thank you for inspiring me to change my life. I admire you and appreciate all the hard work and education you’ve invested in becoming an example for others. You have truly changed my life. Without your insights, I doubt my brain surgery and recovery would have gone as well as they did. I wish you all the best and hope others discover your meticulous, life-changing work.

Much love and peace to you all."
