Major Body Change: Thyroid Regulating, Lost 30lbs, Active Again. Energy Restored in 120 Days.

    COACH TAMRA: 
One of our clients, Christine, has graduated, the 120. She's down 30 pounds. She feels good about her relationship with food, so that's good. And her legs have changed a lot. She says they're beautiful now, supposedly, and she can see her knees, so yay!

    DR. REESE: 
Nice, is she here?

    CHRISTINE: 
Hi.

    DR. REESE: 
Hi, Christine. How do you feel about all the changes that you went through?

    CHRISTINE: 
Amazing. I mean, I wish I could tell everybody. I mean, I've told people, but I just don't think they believe. People are not there yet. A lot of people are just not there yet. 
I think it's amazing.

    DR. REESE: Yeah. Your photos. 
I mean, you're getting cut up.

    CHRISTINE: I know. And I'm not even like at the gym. 
It's in my bedroom on a box.

    DR. REESE: You're getting abs.

    CHRISTINE: 
I know.

    Christine: I had my own blood work done this week, and my thyroid levels were better than ever. That’s something I’ve been battling, and every number came back great.

    Dr. Reese: So the program works! Your thyroid is regulating, huh?

    Christine: Totally.

    Dr. Reese: No meds?

    Christine: Nope.

    Dr. Reese: Wow. Good for you.

    Christine: Thanks.

    Dr. Reese: And you were originally on thyroid medication, right? Was it Armour or something like that?

    Christine: Yeah, the synthetic thyroid hormone.

    Dr. Reese: How long were you on that before stopping?

    Christine: I started taking it in January and stopped around March when I went on the program—whatever year that was. So, not long. But my levels had always been fluctuating. I think the combination of red meat, protein, walking, supplements, and everything else has really made a difference.

    Dr. Reese: And postural alignment therapy?

    Christine: Yes! Because the thyroid is right here in the neck, right? Our shoulders and neck play a big role in thyroid health.

    JOE: 
So you've been on the Reese Reversal System now for how long?

    CHRISTINE: 
I think I'm on my fifth month.

    JOE: 
And you have have you found a lot of progress from start to now? Like like you said you lost 30 pounds already on the program has your digestion gotten better?
 Have you found yourself with more energy?

    CHRISTINE: I definitely have more energy. I mean, I do not need coffee in the morning I mean, I like the taste of coffee, but I don't need it. And I'm usually just thinking like, I mean, by that time, I'll just take my drink and that's my morning sort of go-to. But I'm walking three miles a day with my dog. I play pickleball now. I don't have any pain. I never have headaches not that I really had them much, but like I feel like my skin is in great shape, my digestive system for sure. I mean, I definitely know I remember Dr. Reese saying, oh, you'll know if you eat something bad. And I never really knew how much the oils play a part in the poor 4 foods.

    JOE: 
Yeah, of course. Oils are used in a lot of different cookings. Yeah.

    CHRISTINE: 
I'm thinking, so many people are like, "oh, salad, just have a salad, have a salad", and you're pouring on all that dressing three or four times a day, and then it's in... I don't know, it just works. It just works.

    "So I found his book on one of the social media sites and I got it and I thought, you know what, this I've got to try. I never expected to lose the 30 pounds that I lost that I had been holding onto for the last 25 years."
