Low Back Pain Gone, Bleeding Gums Gone
FELICIA : I was in pain this weekend. I went for a 15,000 step walk and I aggravated the hip pain even more. And then on Monday morning I thought, should I do the class, the replay? And so I decided to do it. And then I did Sean's funky move. I don't know what it was. The windmills. It actually helped my pain disappear and I was able to continue to do what I needed to do for the rest of the day. So I really appreciated that. My spine is fused and I have no range of motion. So when I did that particular one, it actually released that pain in my hip.
DR. REESE: Wow. There you go.
FELICIA: So even if you miss a class, the lesson is, do it anyway.
DR. REESE: And this is a great sharing and a great example of healing being a verb. If you go in one direction, it gets better. If you go in the other direction, it gets worse. And so you got to keep going in the right direction. Yeah. That's a great example of that.
COACH SHAWN: Thank you so much for sharing, Felicia. I'm glad it helped with your pain. That's, that's really good to hear.
"I just wanted to say that I've been keeping a daily journal while on the 120 program.
I just finished my first month and started the soft tissue second month. In my journal, I copied the symptom score sheet to reevaluate any changes at the end of each month.
I am so happy my score went down from 46/60 to 28/60 in just one month. Some of those symptoms have improved but I still included them in the score.
I am so happy that I decided to keep a daily journal to help me keep track otherwise I don't think I would have noticed as the changes can be subtle. I was pleasantly surprised, as some lingering problems can overshadow the improvements.
In regards to the wall test the original result was that I could not touch my head or shoulders to the wall but today I was able to touch my shoulders and my head although my head was looking up.
I am looking forward to seeing what month 2 will bring.
I encourage everyone to keep a log or a journal. This program is not a quick fix like diets, etc., where one can measure extreme weight loss but rather an ever so subtle momentum forward to healing and undoing many years of Bad Posture and Poor Diet, Malnutrition, and a lack of Mindfulness.
Having said that, I didn't expect some of my symptoms to disappear or improve in the first month. That is amazing! Thank you, Dr. Reese and the team
P.S Maybe the Doc's next book will be a daily Journal and insert the score sheet at the end of every month haha get working on that lol"

She had been dealing with dental problems for years. Cracked crowns, shrinking front teeth, and worst of all—bleeding gums that never seemed to get better. Every appointment brought the same disheartening report:
“They’re not getting better... but at least they’re not worse.”
That’s not exactly what you want to hear when you're doing your best to improve your health.
But then something changed.
This time, she didn’t even bother asking about her gums. She had stopped expecting good news. But as she sat in the chair, the hygienist paused mid-cleaning and said:
“What are you doing?”
She was confused. “What do you mean?”
“Your gums look amazing. Your hygiene is excellent. There’s no bleeding at all.”
That’s when she lit up. She told the hygienist about the changes she made—cutting out gluten, fried foods, fake oils, and following the guidance from our head-to-toe healing program. The hygienist was so curious, she grabbed a sticky note and started writing it all down.
Then the dentist came in. And she too was shocked.
“Yes, of course—an anti-inflammatory diet can absolutely help.”
Funny how no one had ever mentioned that before.
I couldn’t help but smile when I heard her story.
“Even dentists can’t keep up with us, you know?”
We shared a laugh, but the joy in her voice said it all.
“I’m really happy about that one.”
She had fought for years to get results—and now, even the professionals were taking notes.
That’s the power of true healing.
That’s what happens when you go head to toe.
