Bulging Disks Gone, Frozen Shoulder Gone & Immobility Gone

"The reason why I joined the program and started following Kevin in the first place was because I was having bulging discs in the back of my neck and they were creating a pinched nerve down my right arm that was very severe and very painful and was really just doing horrible things to my quality of life. I was having trouble with simple mobility, I couldn't wear certain clothes because I couldn't get in and out of them, my daily life was completely interrupted by the lack of mobility and just really by the pain.

I just want to say the pain itself was gone within three weeks which was just completely incredible to me. I had no idea that it would work that fast. After the issues that I was having with my arm and not moving it for several months because of the pain, I also got a frozen shoulder. I was just able to work through the frozen shoulder in a way that I was not able to do before that. And within, I would say, maybe two months, the mobility that I had in my arm was completely different than when I entered the program. Meaning I could wash my hair with both hands, I can put my hair up in a ponytail again, I can wear any of the clothes in my closet, I don't have to think about if it's a button front or what do I wear underneath it before getting dressed every single day.

It's just changed my life completely and I can't thank all of you enough. I appreciate each and every one of you and Kevin especially I just appreciate you dedicating your life to helping others and to doing it in a way that's easy to watch.

You really prepare people, I think, for the program and what it will be like. And then your team just jumps in and makes sure we follow it and that we get what we need to get done and answer any questions. And I'm thrilled.

I am so thrilled. I am exactly where I hoped I would be at the end of the program. And I know that I'll have all of you around for several months to come to coach me through, you know, the next steps and all of that as I continue to recover from the frozen shoulder.
