The 4 Reasons You Have Age Spots
by Dr. Reese
So what's causing your age spots also known as liver spots?
Today I want to give you the four reasons that you even have these in the first place. Stick around for the end so I can give you my solution.
Reason Number 1: Free Radical Damage.
Some people call this oxidative stress. Free radicals mostly come from overcooked fat or oxidated fat. So this is going to be your fried chicken, your french fries, your well-done steaks, your oils, even uncooked oils are oxidated by the air. Unless you're pressing it yourself and then putting it on your salad within 10 minutes, which I know you're not. The oil that's sitting in the bottle at the grocery store is rancid. It's going to create free radical damage in your body. Now you can also get free radicals from breathing in toxicity. This could be from walking past a car and inhaling the exhaust, it could be from pollution, it could be that you're a tradesman and you run across asbestos, things like this. The free radicals enter your body and create damage to your cells.
Reason Number 2: Too Much Sugar.
Too much sugar floating through your blood is going to cause inflammation in some way or another. It is bad news. Now besides ruining your heart, your eyes, your kidneys, and more, having too much sugar is also linked to an overproduction of melanin which leads to hyperpigmentation.
Reason Number 3: High Levels Of Estrogen Or Progesterone For The Ladies.
This is going to happen in pregnancy or later on in menopause if they go and get HRT hormone replacement therapy. And just like blood sugar, it activates melanin.
Reason Number 4: Cholesterol Deficiency.
Everyone talks about how you have high cholesterol, "oh my gosh you're gonna have a stroke! you're gonna have a heart attack", but it's in breast milk, okay? Our ancestors have been eating cholesterol from day one. Okay? As soon as we started hunting. From day one. Heart attacks didn't become a thing until the 1920s. When you don't have enough cholesterol, not only does your brain shrink, and your muscles cramp, but your skin isn't nourished because cholesterol is a very important nutrient for soft tissue. Your brain is soft tissue, your muscles are soft tissue, and your skin is soft tissue. So if you're on a statin drug, I wouldn't be surprised if you have age spots.
So I just gave you four reasons why you have age spots. Let me know if you have any in the comments below. Before I give you the solution, I want to encourage you to find your root causes to the symptoms. And in order to do that, you're going to need my head-to-toe analysis. Then I can evaluate your body like no one else in the world. We can look at your spine, your knees, your feet, your nutritional profile, your mental health, everything. And then I can connect the dots. This is a big ah-ha moment that you need in order to heal. I'll leave you a link below, alright?
Alright, here are your solutions for age spots.
Solution Part 1: Get Off The Poor Four Foods.
Gluten, oils, fried, fake. These are the four foods that create dis-ease. It takes time, you don't eat them and get sick tomorrow. They take a few decades and then your body starts to deteriorate. So getting off these foods permanently is the key for any human being walking the earth.
Solution Part 2: Get On The 90 Essential Nutrients.
You need these nutrients, that's why they're called essential. Your body doesn't make them. They need to be imported into your blood every day. This is how your body will maintain itself and heal itself. It's the raw materials. I have these supplements in my membership.
Solution Part 3: Get On Collagen.
Collagen is one of the nutrients that helps make soft tissue and hard tissue. And of course, we're dealing with the skin here and that is soft tissue. So collagen is super important. Just make sure you get on the right type.
Solution Part 4: Zinc.
Zinc is an essential mineral that helps the body inside and out. It can even help maintain your largest organ which is your skin. It's anti-inflammatory and it's great for acne and scarring. You need zinc to take care of your skin and that's the bottom line.
Solution Part 5: Selenium.
Selenium is one of the major nutrients for soft tissue and it's a precursor for glutathione which is one of the great antioxidants that you need to neutralize the free radicals in your body.
Solution Part 6: Getting a lot of antioxidants.
Let me give you my analogy. Free radicals are fire, antioxidants are water. If you have too much fire, then a little water isn't going to do anything. You need a lot of water. When the fireman shows up at a burning building, he has to spit out a lot of water, right? They connect to the hydrant and they shoot that water out to put the fire out. They don't show up to a burning building with two buckets of water. So you need a lot of antioxidants.
Solution Part 7: Cholesterol.
If I were you, I would not do statin drugs. I would get as much cholesterol as possible. Beef, chicken skins, butter, cheese, salmon, etc. You need cholesterol. It is so important. If you don't have enough cholesterol you could end up with dementia. Forget age spots. Dementia is arguably the worst disease there is.
Solution Part 8: Not burning out in the sunlight.
Don't stay out there until you're peeling. Sunlight is great for you, but you can overdo it. It's like water. Water is absolutely essential for your survival, but you can drown in it, right? Your house can be whisked away in a flood of water.
So too much is too much. And it's the same thing as sunlight. Don't burn in the sun. Have wisdom. Stay in the sun for 10 minutes, perhaps, and then get out of the sun.
