The 7 Root Causes of Disease by Dr. Reese
Root Cause #1: The Poor 4 Foods.
You see, eating the poor 4 foods, which is gluten, oils, fried and fake, is a slow suicide over the course of decades. It increases inflammation and causes malabsorption of nutrients.
Root Cause #2: Gut Dysfunction.
The gut is ground zero for your health status. If you have weakened stomach acid, you are compromised. If you have weakened liver, gallbladder, or pancreas function, you are compromised. If you have malabsorption, you are compromised.
Root Cause #3: Nutritional Deficiency.
This is the most massive root cause because it can create up to 900 symptoms. It's brought on by malabsorption and a lack of nutrients in your food due to depleted soil. There are five categories of nutritional deficiencies. There are hard tissue deficiencies, soft tissue deficiencies, blood sugar deficiencies, gut deficiencies, and embryonic deficiencies. That's right, if the embryo is deficient, birth defects can happen.
Root Cause #4: Inflammation.
Chronic inflammation degenerates your cells because they are on fire. At the root of the fire are three culprits. There's free radical damage, high blood sugar, and lymphatic stagnation. Soft tissue is usually the victim of the fires and eventually this can manifest into the dreaded C monster.
Root Cause #5: Muscle Dysfunction.
When your nearly 600 muscles become dysfunctional, they bully the bones and then lock you into a problematic posture due to the muscle memory. Your bones end up misaligned in odd directions, which create misalignment. As you walk around the earth misaligned, your cartilage decays, your nerves get compressed, and your organs and glands become dysfunctional. Furthermore, your blood, oxygen, and lymphatic circulation becomes minimized.
Root Cause #6: Mindfulness Deficiency.
This is when you get stuck in your head and have a hard time managing your thoughts and emotions. If you allow your imagination to hijack you, you'll end up with anxiety, paranoia, or insomnia. If you allow your emotions to hijack you, you may end up with anger, guilt, or chronic depression. When we get stressed out or have traumatic events happen to us you can hold on to this mental pain. This mental pain creates physical pain, which is the mind-body Syndrome. Since the brain is attached to the spine and the spine is connected to the rest of the body, your negative thoughts can affect every area of your body.
Root Cause #7: Outside Invaders.
This is when viruses, bacteria, parasites, mold exposures, and external toxins such as mercury poisoning enters your body and disrupt your bodily functions.
