Sciatica Gone in 60 Days, Gums Regenerating, Can Tie Shoes Again!
DR. REESE: Angelo, how long did it take for your sciatica and lower back pain to go away?
ANGELO: I would say, okay, since the last time that we had our meeting, maybe two months ago, because that's when I really started getting into my postural therapy. So I would say in two months.
DR. REESE: So two months, and did the sciatica and lower back pain, did it really affect your life?
ANGELO: Well, it did because if it got bad, I couldn't go to work, I couldn't get out of bed, you know, so yeah, it did. For two days, I would have to go to the chiropractor and it would take him about a week to adjust me and, you know, I start to feel better. So yeah, it did affect my life, absolutely. And now it's gone. It's gone, and I've moved my business from one place to another, so I had to do some heavy lifting without a belt, and knock on wood no pain.
DR. REESE: Wow.
ANGELO: So about a year ago, my bottom gums became loose. It just flapped off, I lost it. Now recently I notice it's starting to grow back.
DR. REESE: Wow.
ANGELO: Yes.
DR. REESE: After 120 days?
ANGELO: After 120 days, yes. I just recently completed my 120th. Yeah. Yeah.
COACH SHAWN: Congratulations.
DR. REESE: What's it like to have discomfort to tie your shoe and then now you don't? It's like something so subtle that nobody thinks about.
ANGELO: Oh, it's like you don't wanna do it. And it's not only that, if my kids ask me to go play, go run around the backyard with them, I just didn't wanna do it. It's not like I'm tired or anything. I might try to run, I felt like my body wasn't right, you know? It just didn't want to let me do it. I used to want to sit down a lot. If I'm doing nothing, I have to sit down. If I have to tie my kid's shoes, I had to sit down. Now I feel like I notice that I'm standing more up, not sitting down.
DR. REESE: Right on, right. Yes. So subtle.
ANGELO: It's amazing. I'm very happy I joined this program. I'm learning so much.
