Running Again...Down 20+ Pounds and Sleeping Great!
"This is my 120-day video. I got the results that I wanted. Those results are less fatigue, less brain fog, I sleep awesome now, I wake up in the morning ready for the day, I love my workouts, I'm running again, And I'm actually enjoying the running. I kept saying to myself that I wasn't going to run again but here I am not only running but setting myself some goals for speed and distance and pushing myself physically again which feels great. Physically I lost a little over 25 pounds."
