Low Back Pain Gone, Histamine Attacks Gone, More Energy

Donna was struggling with severe back pain that made even simple tasks unbearable. Brushing her teeth required sitting down because she couldn’t bend over or stand for long. But now, that pain is gone.

"I have a back injury that is right on my tailbone, and it got to the point where I couldn't stand at the sink to brush my teeth. I'd have to sit on the toilet so I could brush my teeth because I could not bend over at all. I don't have a problem with that at all now. It's just, that's amazing."

The improvements came so subtly that Donna didn’t realize how much she was healing—until one day, she found herself standing effortlessly without support.

"I had my music in one hand and my iPhone in the other. I was halfway up and thought, 'I'm too far away from that chair to help me up,' and then I thought, 'Just stand up.' And I stood up—oh my god, without any hands or anything. It’s thrilling."

Her energy levels skyrocketed, making daily tasks easier and more enjoyable.

"I feel like I'm definitely getting my life back. I've had so much energy today, getting things done, where before it was just so forced to try to do anything."

But the journey wasn’t just about overcoming physical limitations. Donna also faced debilitating histamine attacks that left her coughing and congested for days. The last episode was so severe that she experienced intense facial pain—something that terrified her. But now, those attacks are nearly gone.

"My last one was terrible because I couldn't stop coughing, I couldn't stop blowing my nose. I never had a sinus infection before, but my whole face was just so painful. Since I started taking care of the separate problem—whatever it is, the nutrition or whatever—they're minor issues now, very minor. And it's huge."

Dr. Reese highlighted how these small but powerful changes added up to significant progress.

"So you had to sit down to brush your teeth, and now you can stand up with no problem," Dr. Reese pointed out.
"Yes," Donna replied. "It's so subtle. Who would ever think of that as a victory, right? But it's big to me."

Donna’s gratitude extended beyond her healing journey to the supportive team at Dr. Reese’s practice.

"I just want to say one of the best things I think you do is pick your employees. You've got such wonderful people here, and that includes Levi in the background. I was just so afraid I was being scammed, afraid to sign up here and there, but it's all good and I'm really happy to be here."
