DR. REESE: How has your sleeping changed?
KATIE: Oh, I sleep from 9:30pm to 6am. It's changed drastically. I haven't been able to sleep for the last 10 years, to be honest. And then I got off the medicine and that made it even worse for a while.
KATIE: And I'm six months off the medicine now and I'm just now starting to be able to sleep. And I really credit it to the Insomnia Rescue. I do the inner child work. I do the postural alignment therapy, and I've been sticking I do the postural alignment therapy. So I really think that's been helpful.
