Hashimoto's Symptoms Reduced and Knee Pain Gone.
"I've had pretty severe Hashimoto's for 13 years. And in the last 13 years, I have not had two days in a row without some kind of moderate to severe symptom. So literally not two days in a row symptom-free and also not two days in a row with good sleep.
I would say my symptoms were around probably 85% of the time. Now, my symptoms are around 30% of the time.
That's amazing to me. You know, like that alone is a really good start. And I've always been somewhat athletic, but because of the inflammation, I couldn't get up and down off the ground without a lot of trouble with my knees.
My wife and I go walking probably four or five times a week, and I could never run. I can run a little bit now which makes her laugh so much because she's like, you look so funny because you haven't been running in so long."
"So much stuff is healed, as you know. Like my shoulders and knees were killing me before and now they're not bothering me. My eyesight was freaked out, ringing my ears. I mean, so many different things.
And the cost of the membership, I mean, the cost of the whole thing, everything, that's worth its weight in gold right there. So thank you guys. And I love you."
Ken had been dealing with chronic health issues for years. At his worst, he had 35 symptoms—a long list of struggles that conventional medicine couldn’t fix. But now, through head-to-toe healing, he’s down to just 10 symptoms and continues making progress.
"The confidence that comes with knowing you can heal—it’s incredible. I’ve gone from 35 symptoms down to 10, and I’m so grateful for that."
His journey hasn’t been easy, and conditions like Hashimoto’s require patience and persistence.
"Hashimoto’s is tricky. You told me that early on, and so did Ryan. But Ryan and I are working on it, and it may take me another six months or so. But I am 100% going to heal. I tell myself that 20 times a day."
Dr. Reese celebrated the milestone.
Dr. Reese: "Ken went from 35 to 10 symptoms. That’s life-changing."
"It really is. Thank you, thank you."
Ken’s belief in the process keeps him motivated, knowing full recovery is within reach.
